Welcome Future Scientists

For over 50 years, The Lawrence Hall of Science at UC Berkeley has been at the forefront of science education. In collaboration with museum leadership and IDEO, IDW was approached to handle the organization’s rebrand. To complement the physical relaunch, we designed a full UX/UI update for lawrencehallofscience.org and a photography & video program to capture portraits of tomorrow’s inventors, scientists and changemakers.

Our partnership with one of the nation's few science centers, within a top-tier public research university, is now entering its fourth year.
The project grew to include a full-scale environmental update, graphic plan, and implementation for the 56,000 square-foot museum.
Success translates to engaging diverse audiences, so the world of science reflects the world at large.
