IDW partnered with ServiceNow to shoot a portrait of the world, working. Realized by 9 global productions and a trusted network of 20 photographers, the ServiceNow photography and video program boldly established a new and ownable look—capturing a transformed world of work. Guided by a clear and inspired brief, creative teams captured hundreds of participants across urban, workplace, and work-from-home environments.

How do you express the impact of a global technology platform enabling the changing world of work?
IDW provided the throughline for all art buying and shoots, to create a cohesive brand library of 800+ final images and several hours of edited video footage.
Across continents, IDW tapped a network of trusted global artists to work locally and tell honest visual stories about their cities and communities.
The final body of work is authentically human and unbound—reinventing "digital transformation" to embody human energy, ingenuity and potential.
